Saved delivery details

Saving delivery details is on by default. You can uncheck it before opening LINE or copying the order message. When enabled, the site stores the recipient name, address, and phone number in this browser for your next visit. Other browsers and devices cannot access those details. You can clear saved details from the order form.

Order messages

The site prepares an order message from the details you enter. CHICKPACK receives it only after you review and tap Send in the LINE chat.

Click counts

The site counts clicks to open LINE for an order and taps on our phone number. We store daily totals by language, without customer names, addresses, phone numbers, or order messages in these counts.

Previously saved LINE profiles

Delivery details saved with a LINE account before this site update may still be in our Cloudflare database. The order form no longer uses those profiles. Please contact LINE @CHICKPACK if you want that data deleted.
